I have heard horrible things about them – had a friend whos bridesmaids ordered their dresses from house of brides (beat Watters & Watters prices by a lot), the dresses were shipped and arrived with stains and snags, one even came in the wrong color…I'm not surprised by this story at all.

I've heard that they have horrible customer service besides being shady. I would prefer to support the smaller, local bridal stores.
