Kristina + Vytas

Kristina and Vytas had such a beautiful wedding. The charm was in the details, from the bride wearing her Mother’s gown to all of the Lithuanian traditions.  Dennis Lee Photography caught all of the lovely little things that made the day special!

After the ceremony, the bridal party took photos on the golf course at the Silver Lake Country Club, and then everyone proceeded to party!

I had such a great time helping Kristina and Vytas make their wedding day as spectacular and vibrant as it turned out to be. Everyone loved the celebration, and the newlyweds could not have been happier.

Christine + Damon, the

This is the second post of Christine and Damon’s gorgeous wedding. Here is a link to the first post.
All photos are by Pen Carlson.

The couple headed out to take some photos around the city.

The couple looks so happy here!

This is a gorgeous photo!

At the cocktail hour, the escort cards were lined up with rose petals.
Christine use circles on her programs too, creating a cohesive look.

The couple also displayed photos in these really cool and unique frames.

Instead of a guest book, guests signed this framed engagement photo.

The room was all set up before the guests arrived.

Christine used the skyline on the programs and the menus.

I love her centerpieces: carnations!

A simple round cake with ribbon, the peony made it gorgeous!

The delicious intermezzo course.

The entertainment for the night.

And the guests got down!

It was a huge, fun party.

Christine and Damon, I had so much fun being a part of your wedding day. I wish the best to the both of you. Enjoy being a newlywed! It goes by so quickly!

Christine + Damon

Have you ever met someone that is full of energy and radiates happiness? Christine is that type of girl. And on her wedding day, she was that type of bride. That morning, I walked in to a room full of girls that were so full of positive energy, that I knew that the day would be fun! It was indeed. I don’t think I ever saw Christine, or Damon for that matter, with out a huge smile.

Christine had her girls by her side and she got dressed.
Once the dress was on, she was literally bouncing with excitement.

Christine’s fantastic shoes from J. Crew.

Christine with her lovely ladies!

Do you spot the something blue? Christine had a brooch on her lovely bouquet.

Do those bridesmaid dresses look familiar? Christine found them when she saw Jacey’s wedding on my blog.

Christine was so gorgeous and Pen Carlson did an amazing job with the portraits.

The guys were ready and hanging out at a local bar.

This little boy was adorable! A relative of the bride, we sat together at dinner.

The gentlemen are getting in place before the bride arrives.

Christine has family pass out programs.

The programs were so cute. The bride had some great DIY skills.

In lieu of doing favors at the reception, the bride provided handkerchiefs for the guests. It was so sweet!

Saint Mary of the Angels is a gorgeous church!

Finally, the bride and her maids arrived!

This is the perfect picture of Christine. She was just a ball of energy!

The bridal processional from my view.

Christine and her Mom were so wonderful together. You could tell that there relationship was strong and amazing.

Saint Mary is one of my favorite churches in Chicago.

The bride and groom.

I love that they were holding hands!

Don’t worry; the rest of the photos are coming tomorrow!
