Daily Candy

Daily Candy published this bi-annual wedding guide for Spring 2008. I posted their Fall 2007 edition in my blog in September. The last blog post had some of my favorite vendors, including Becky Hill and Paper Doll. To be honest, I wasn’t nearly as excited with the list of the potential vendors this time around.

If you aren’t a regular reader, it is a great free e-resource for all sorts of planning, not just marital!

I love Candy… I love Daily Candy!

I’ve been an avid Daily Candy reader since the Beginning! Daily Candy Chicago is much better than the regular edition but I still read both issues every day.

What is Daily Candy? I’ll let them explain themselves:

DailyCandy, a free daily e-mail newsletter and website, is the insider’s guide to what’s hot, new, and undiscovered — from fashion and style to gadgets and travel. As useful as it is entertaining, it’s like getting an e-mail from your clever, unpredictable, and totally in-the-know best friend. The one who knows about secret beauty treatments, must-have jeans, hot new restaurants — and always shares the scoop.

Now that I’m engaged, nothing makes me happier than when Daily Candy does a wedding edition. Last week, the Chicago edition was all about weddings!

October 23rd issue

Paper Doll— I love this stationary store! The fact that it is this close to the Alliance Bakery makes me even happier.

Knottie favorite Becky Hill gets mentioned!

    April 24th issue

White Linen Catering- Very close to the Xsport on North Ave., I stop in when I want to give myself a gourmet yet healthy meal.
